Orders and prices

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation by email or phone. If a product is unexpectedly out of stock after you order, we will contact you to adjust or cancel with a full refund of anything paid.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery. Where online payment is offered, it is processed by the payment provider; we do not store your payment details.

Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on your location and are communicated when your order is confirmed or dispatched. Please provide a complete address and a reachable phone number — couriers need both.

Our products

Our honey is a raw, natural food. Crystallisation over time is natural and does not mean the honey has spoiled — stand the jar in warm water to re-liquefy. Store cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. As with any honey, it is not recommended for infants under one year of age.

Problems with an order

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us at support@sacredhoney.in or +91 98660 94472 as soon as it is delivered, with a photo where possible, and we will sort it out with you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
