Our process

Beehive to bottle, in six honest steps

Most honey is heated, blended and stripped before it reaches you. Ours takes a shorter road.

1

Site selection

Apiaries placed by floral calendar — ajwain fields, jamun groves — so each harvest stays single-origin.

2

Healthy colonies

We raise our own Apis mellifera and Apis cerana indica colonies; no colony, no honey.

3

Natural ripening

Honey is harvested only when the bees cap the comb — their own signal that moisture is right.

4

No heating, ever

Cold extraction preserves enzymes, pollen and aroma that pasteurisation destroys.

5

Gravity straining

Wax and debris settle out naturally. The pollen stays — that’s the point.

6

Lot-stamped jars

Every batch is moisture-tested (FSSAI limit ≤20%), lab-checked and traceable from your jar back to the hive.
