Who we are

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email and delivery address — the details needed to deliver honey to you and issue an invoice. When you write to us through the contact form we keep your message and reply details. If you sign up for updates we keep your email address.

How we use it

To fulfil and deliver orders, respond to enquiries, and — only if you asked for them — send occasional updates about harvests and new batches. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Payments

Cash on Delivery orders involve no online payment data. When online payment is offered, it is processed by the payment provider on their secure systems — we never see or store your card or banking details.

Sharing

Delivery details are shared with the courier that carries your order, and order records live in our commerce platform (Odoo). That is the extent of it.

Cookies

The site uses the cookies needed for the shop to work — keeping your cart and session. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you — email support@sacredhoney.in and we will do it.

This policy is governed by the laws of India.
